The intrigues of Shakespeare’s comedy gain new perspectives when played by an all-male cast, even in female roles – as it used to be in Elizabethan theater. In a firm and delicate way, Chela de Ferrari’s portrayal – which is almost true to the original – establishes her stance on women’s attitudes centuries after Shakespeare, as well as on same-sex marriage.
