The starting point for the workshop is the concept of polyphonic monologue and it is led by the Chilean actress and dramatist of Estado vegetal, a monologue based on revolutionary theories of plant neurobiologists. A practical work that proposes to recognize the organic basis of the voice through a physical and respiratory investigation. The experience encompasses awareness and management of the body’s resources.

Marcela Salinas is an actress with a degree from University of Chile. She has participated in more than 50 theater productions. She teaches vocal techniques and word studies at Universidade Mayor, and other classes in undergraduate and postgraduate courses. She delved into the study of musical performance as lead singer of the band Los Fetuchinni (2010-2013) and the group Lágrimas, Jealousy e Doubts (2007-2018), which develops creative material on different platforms.
