The lab foresees a video recording of the training actions of Mirada 2018. The produced material will compose a poetic-documentary mosaic of the festival’s actions, which will be screened in an audiovisual installation located in the Tent of Sesc Santos. Coordinated by the Querô hub, the lab is mentored by filmmaker Lucas Bambozzi.

Instituto Querô's tool for action is to stimulate talents and broaden the professional horizons of young people at social risk. The institute’s history began in 2004, when filmmaker Carlos Cortez and production company Gullane Films began to do research in the poorest areas of Santos to compose the young cast of the feature film Querô. Today, the organization has four guiding projects for its activities: Querô Workshops, Querô in School, Querô in the Community and the Social Production Company Querô.

Lucas Bambozzi produces videos, installations, site-specific works, audiovisual performances and interactive projects. His works have been exhibited in more than 40 countries. He curated projects such as Life Goes Mobile (2004-2005), ON_OFF (Itaú Cultural, 2012-2015), Multitude (Sesc Pompeia, 2014), Visualism (public spaces in Rio de Janeiro, 2015). He is one of the creators of Festival arte.mov (2006-2012), Labmovel (2012-2016), AVXLab (2017) and Prenuncios + Catástrofes (Sesc Pompeia, 2018). He holds a master’s degree from the University of Plymouth, in England. He is a doctoral candidate at FAU-USP and a professor at FAAP, in São Paulo.
